Yes, our bathhouse has been renovated and will be open during the regular season from April 1- October 31.
You may check into your RV & Tent sites anytime after 1 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Please keep in mind that we use the time between check-in and check-out to check campsites and do facility maintenance and cleaning. Early check in and late check out may be available depending on site availability.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. Please keep in mind, if your site can be heard from another site during those hours, it is too loud.
If you have an existing reservation, please check the Late Check In Box to find your check-in packet. If you arrive after the office is closed without a reservation, you may book a site online and proceed directly to your selected site. Please check in at the office the following morning. We encourage our campers to arrive by 10pm to avoid disrupting sleeping campers. Our quiet time starts at 10pm, so please setup camp quietly and minimize bright lights.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before non-holiday arrivals or 14 days on holiday/special weekends will be offered a refund, less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund but may be offered camp credit, less a $30 processing fee. Camp credit is valid until the end of the current season; regardless of when the credit is issued. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature.
No, vehicle and RV washing is not permitted. Water is a valuable resource up on the mountain, and we haul all of our water in from the city by truck. There are several car washes available to you in the nearby town of Canon City.
Yes, we offer free wifi to our guests. We do not offer cable but most sites are ideally positioned for satellite reception.
The pool area cannot be reserved. We have a bonfire area that is available by paid reservation to our campers for a group event, as long as all participants are either camping with us, or have a day pass. Please inquire at the office for more details.

The office is open during our peak season from April 15- October 31. In the off season, sites can still be booked online and are completely self service.
During our open season, the office is open Monday-Saturday from 9am- 5 pm.
The pool and spa are open from 10am- 8pm daily, weather permitting. We typically open them for Memorial Day weekend, and close them after Labor Day weekend. The pool is not heated.

Yes, we allow up to two dogs per site to stay with us if they are friendly and non-aggressive. Please keep them on a short leash, and remember to pick up after your furry friends!
